Sarah's Studio and Good Nature are hosting a yoga class! This class comes with a complimentary incense stick!
Come practice yoga with us in a peaceful space enriched by incenses sold at Good Nature! Our yoga practice will start with a gentle opening, followed by a lunge sequence and warrior sequence, ending with a gentle closing sequence. We will focus on connecting with our breath to help to quiet the mind. This yoga session is open to all-levels.
We will be playing The Beatles, including Strawberry Fields Forever, Tomorrow Never Knows, & Here Comes the Sun! We are also taking requests, so tell us which Beatles song you'd like to hear during yoga!

$11 in advance, $12 at the door
This is a family friendly event, so bring your kids (10+) if they like practicing yoga too.
